Course Description
Science sparks curiosity about the natural world, encouraging exploration and innovation. Our STEAM programme allows students to gain a foundational understanding of physics, and earth sciences, fostering critical thinking and scientific literacy in English.
The programme runs over two weeks and covers a range of engaging themes. Participants may choose to complete the full programme or customise it into a one-week version by selecting the topic most relevant to their learning objectives.
Some of the topics covered during this programme are as follows:
- Engineering Basics: Materials, load, structure, and describing objects
- Green Energy: Solar, wind, energy transfer, cause & effect
- The Science of Water: Filteration, states of matter
- Simple Machines: Levers,pulleys, motion
- Design & Architecture: Geometry measurement
What You’ll Learn?
- Student will develop the ability to connect scientific, technological, engineering, artistic, and mathematical concepts through hands-on, creative problem-solving tasks
- Students will strengthen teamwork, presentation, and language skills by describing processes, sharing ideas, and presenting project outcomes effectively.
